How do I reserve equipment?
You can book any product right here on our website. You may also use our contact us page or call us at 1-833-326-8623.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We encourage people to book early. The sooner the better, and since we have no cancellation fees or deposits there’s no risk to booking in advance. Most equipment during the Spring and Fall season gets booked about 6 to 8 weeks in advance, if not more.
Can you provide an attendant?
Absolutely! We can provide an attendant for an additional hourly fee. Please contact us to make those arrangements.
Is there a cleaning charge?
We continually clean all of our units at no cost to you! However, if you fail to adhere to guidelines and create a need for excessive cleaning, a cleaning charge of $50 will be required.
Is there a deposit required / when is payment due?
Payment in full is due before delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have no cancellation fees as long as you cancel 24 hours before the reservation – Less than 24 hours you’ll receive a full credit to use on another occasion.
