Rental Agreement

Please read this agreement in its entirety before signing.

These terms override any oral agreements or discussions. If you have any questions or would like to provide corrections (either specific to your circumstances or in general), please contact us.

The following agreement applies to all rentals you may book through Scottsdale Inflatables.

Scottsdale Inflatables agrees to:

  • Keep in verbal contact with you so that both parties are informed of anything relevant to your booking such as, estimated delivery time or navigational instructions.
  • Set up and take down all inflatables on your behalf
  • Provide you with safety guidelines.

You, the customer, agree to:

  • Inform us of any restrictions or insurance requirements at least 5-7 days in advance
  • Be present to receive and direct the delivery team
  • Have a state-issued photo ID ready
  • Sign the provided documents in the rental agreement
  • Keep all inflatables dry (with the exception of water slides.)
    • Doing so would require us to dry it, which could incur fees.
    • If it rains those fees will be waived.
  • Never unplug or deflate the water slides, (with the exception of an emergency or severe winds.)
    • Should this situation arise, you must immediately advise the team that you are in contact with.

Regarding placement for inflatables

  • All Inflatables must be set up on flat level grass in good condition. We do not set up on artificial grass, asphalt, concrete, dirt, mud, sand, rocks or over pet waste.
  • Along with a clean grass area, the sprinklers must be turned off the day before the event , and remain off until the equipment is picked up.
  • Each item/blower requires a dedicated 15-20 amp outlet. Some inflatables require multiple blowers.
  • All rented items must be set up set up in close proximity (for power reasons). The total extension cord length cannot exceed 100 feet per item.
  • The delivery team will require a flat, level path to the set-up area that is at least 4 feet wide. The team will not be able to go up or down steps, steep hills or inclines, over boulders or river rocks, through your house, etc.
  • We recommend looking at the dimensions of each product listed on their individual product pages
    • General recommendation : 25′ L x 25′ W x 16′ H (minimum) for each inflatable
  • Please consider low hanging tree branches, shrubs, cacti, power lines, and other such interferences when measuring available space.
    • If any of these are present we reserve the right to refuse delivery without refunds.
